If you are interested in selling your avation- or military-related wares at our next Airshow, contact the HAG office at 585.243.2100 for more information. Applications, payments and insurance forms must be received by 14 Jun 13. Airshow dates are July 12, 13, & and 14, 2013, the 12th being arrival day and the preferred day to have all vendors in place. A limited amount of space is available so reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
All food vendors should contact Bob Lawrence at 716.863.7161 to get further details. You must supply in advance a Certificate of Insurance for $1 million naming W. Austin Wadsworth and the 1941 Historical Aircraft Group Museum as Additional Insureds. A Board of Health certificate is required and must be on hand during the show.
