In an effort to make the 1941 Historical Aircraft Group more visible, our first USO-style show was held at the Geneseo Armory in 1994. Since then the show has become a favorite event for members and guests from all over the United States as well as Canada. The Annual Hanger Dance is now held at the 1941 Aircraft Group Airfield during the Geneseo Airshow and is enjoyed by all who attend.
This year's Hangar Dance will be held on the Saturday evening
of the Geneseo Air Show, July 10, 2010 from 7-11 pm. Check out the Band Info page to learn about our guest artists. Come on down to just listen or
kick off your shoes and
dance the night away. 1940's
era attire is encouraged. Throughout the evening there will be snacks and
a beverage bar for an additional cost.
Tickets for the show are only $10.00 each. Seating for this event goes fast so reservations for tables (8-10 people) or individual seats are highly encouraged. A deposit of $50.00 will be needed to secure a table. This deposit would be the entrance fee for five individuals.
